About these terms

These terms cover this website, the MoneyWithJJ channel, and the printable templates sold through the TemplateVaultBase shop. Using this site means you accept them. Purchases are made on Etsy, so Etsy's terms also apply to the transaction itself.

This website

The pages here are provided as they are, for information. We try to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise the site will always be reachable or free of errors. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

What you get when you buy a template

Each template is a digital PDF delivered by download through Etsy. Nothing physical is shipped. When you buy one, you get a personal licence to:

• print it as many times as you want, for yourself or your household;
• fill it in and use it for your own budgeting and planning.

That licence does not let you:

• resell, share, give away, or redistribute the file;
• sell prints of it, or include it in a product or bundle you sell;
• claim it as your own design, or upload it to another shop or template site.

The designs, layouts, and wording of the templates remain our property. If you want to use a template with clients, in a class, or anywhere commercial, email us first and we will sort out a licence.

Refunds

Because the templates are instant digital downloads, they generally cannot be returned once the file has been delivered. That said, we would rather you were happy than hold on to a few dollars: if a file will not open, the wrong item was delivered, or the template is not what the listing described, email jgivati@gmail.com and we will fix it or refund it. Etsy's own buyer protection applies as well.

What none of this is

The templates are budgeting and planning worksheets, and the videos are a record of one person's experience building a small business. None of it is financial advice. We are not financial advisers, accountants, or tax professionals, and nothing in a template or a video is a recommendation about your particular situation. Decisions about your money are yours, and for anything significant you should speak to a qualified professional. Numbers shown for this business describe what happened to us and are not a projection of what will happen to you.

Our liability is limited to what you paid for the template in question.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date at the top. If a change matters, it applies to purchases made after it is posted.
