The short version

This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no comment forms, no advertising, no analytics, and no cookies. Visiting it does not create a profile of you, and nothing you do here is tracked or sold.

What this site collects

Nothing directly. The company hosting these pages records standard server log information when a page is requested — typically the IP address, the page requested, and the time. That happens at the hosting layer for security and reliability, is not used to identify visitors, and is not combined with anything else.

If you email us, we hold that email in the mailbox in order to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Buying a template

Purchases do not happen on this site. Templates are sold through TemplateVaultBase on Etsy, and Etsy handles the order, the payment, and the download. Etsy is the party that collects your payment and delivery details, under Etsy's own privacy policy. We see only what Etsy shows a seller about an order: the buyer name, what was bought, and any message you send with it. We never see your full payment card details.

Our own social accounts

MoneyWithJJ runs a YouTube channel and a TikTok account, and uses internal tooling that connects to the YouTube, TikTok, Etsy, and Canva APIs to publish and manage our own content in our own accounts. Those connections read and write only this project's own data. They do not request, receive, or store any information about you, and they are not used to gather data about visitors, viewers, or buyers.

If you watch a video or view a post on YouTube or TikTok, that happens on their platform under their privacy policy, not ours.

Children

These templates and this site are meant for adults managing their own money. The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your requests

Because we hold so little, most requests are quick. Email jgivati@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to have an email exchange deleted, or to ask anything else about this policy, and we will respond. For anything tied to a purchase, Etsy holds the record and their process applies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
